We have a highly driven & motivated team of promotional staff who are available to help your business when you need those extra hands on deck.

All of our staff have been trained by us, ensuring they meet our standards of professionalism. We only use our trusted team who are committed & reliable, and we never outsource.

Our team members are not just temporary workers; they are dedicated professionals who understand the importance of your brand and its message. Each staff member undergoes comprehensive training that covers the nuances of effective promotion, customer interaction, and brand representation. This ensures that they are well-equipped to handle your promotional needs seamlessly and effectively.

Upon arriving at the venue, our customers are subject to random searches, whether through wands, pat-downs, or even metal detector arches.

Every customer must provide proof of age and identification as a condition of entry for all of our events.

For some events, current and valid student identification may also be required as a condition of entry.

We have private medical staff and a medical room at many of our events, and medically trained staff at all events.

Anti-spike measures are available at every event. Ask behind the bar for details. Hearing protection is available at every event.

The “Ask for Angela” campaign is supported at all of our events.

Guests who have had too much to drink are cared for by our medical staff until they are in a fit state to leave the venue, accompanied by a friend.

We will ensure that if a friend escorts them home, that friend will be permitted free entry and queue jump should they return once their friend is home safely.

Staff are on hand to escort guests to a taxi should they require assistance.
